From your dashboard, go to Patients in the top right and click New Application.
Choose how the patient wants to receive it — Email or Text. Always enter the patient's own email address or mobile number, never the practice's, since they'll need it to receive their loan documents, notifications, and lender-portal access, and to sign later.
Enter a Chart # if your office uses one. This field is free-form and follows the application all the way through, so many practices use it for the patient's full name — handy when the person financing isn't the patient.
Select the clinic location. If you cover more than one location, make sure the correct one is selected before sending.
Enter the Intended Finance Amount — the total estimated cost of the treatment plan. It doesn't have to be exact; round slightly up so the approval covers the full cost. This is the amount Endeavor holds the lenders to when searching for offers.
Click Send Application. The patient receives a secure link by email or text to complete the application.
Helping a patient apply in person
Outside California, you can use the Apply in Person button to complete the application together in the office — it opens the same form. In California, state rules require the patient to open the link and apply from their own device. If a California patient doesn't have a smartphone handy, some offices let them sign into their own email on an office tablet or computer and open the link from there.
Good to know: the application uses a soft credit check, so there's no impact to the patient's credit score just to see their options.
